The news from the surgeon's office is "He's busy, very busy." Which makes sense since he is the best and comes so highly recommended. He has reviewed my Dad's case. He will squeeze him into the schedule sometime next week. He only has office hours one day a week. This week was full.
We are guesstimating that a surgery date will be set in mid-January.
Daddy is home still. He has assured us that he is taking it easy. He has "not a sign of a chest pain."
So WE WAIT TO HEAR FROM THE SURGEON.
